Online Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased from fireflynutrition.com if it meets the guidelines below.
Guidelines
All returns must be made in original condition and must be in new, unopened condition. All factory seals must be intact. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.
Return Authorization
If you would like to return an item or item(s) you must contact us via email to sales@fireflynutrition.comwithin 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). ONLY email requests for a RAN will be accepted.
 
Return Shipping
If you are provided with a RAN to return merchandise, the merchandise must be returned to the address provided at your expense. If the merchandise is returned because it was shipped incorrectly or because it is defective, credit for the shipping charges will be issued. The item(s) must be returned according the the instructions included with your RAN, to include the carrier used for shipping in order to receive a shipping credit. We reserve the right to inspect the item(s) upon receipt and reserve the sole discretion in determining if the product is defective.
 
14-Day Return Period
You may request a return for a period of Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a defective or incorrect item, you will not be charged a restocking fee.  Please inspect all of the items in your order carfeully upon receipt. If you determine that an error was made in shipping your order, or that you received a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may promptly investigate your claim. If it is determined tha tthe incorrect item(s) were shipped, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so that you may return the incorrect or damaged item(s) to us at no cost to you. To receive proper credit, all damaged or incorrect items MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, UNOPENED, FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING. It is the responsibility of the cusotmer to inspect all items before breaking any factory sealed packaging. If you discover an item is incorrect after you have opened it, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. Please inspect all items carefully before opening!
     
Promotional Items
If you take advantage of any promotional offer, including any free shipping offer, and you return all or part of your oder, the actual dollar amount of the promotional offer will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you received free shipping on an order over $100, and you return any or all of the order, the actual amount we paid to ship your order will be deducted from your refund. This is in addition to any restocking fee as outlined above.
